It took him almost 2 months to pay you/ WOW Thats almost like brokering your own and waiting for the statements to come in! or is it because you posted it in here?
oh well you got paid and thats a good thing! Did that contract say how he actually apid and had it hidden somewhere in it? LOL

 

He sounds like a guy I worked for here in Canada.

He used to own Sun Express and screwed people there for years til it caught up to him, then he did the same thing as Ram Western Express.

Drivers never got their last pay unless they were very very very persistent. What a crook.

Used to run pyramid schemes and tried to sell me a card for $200 that said I didn't have to pay taxes because they were unconsitutional

 

The owner of this company is a crook. He owes me 4000.00. He hires off of Craigslist. He just had ALOT of drivers quit. He use to be Bay City Transportation. He is a theif. He rambles on and on. He told me to run another load without paying me, and if I didnt run that load, then I could sit at home and not work and not get paid.

He, Terry Keith Howell, now is telling me that if I run for him this week, he will pay me. He is threatening me that If I dont run for him to make him money, that he will post negative comments on my DAC report. He also said that I need to do him favors because he has done me favors ie...he gave me cash advances for fuel. Last time I checked that is a requirement so that I can run, not a favor.

Terry Keith Howell not only screwed me out of a 3600.00 paycheck, but he apparently is in all kinds of crooked trouble and involved in political blackmail. Look up his name and WOW! He is a first class loser. He is crazy. He cant even hold a normal conversation with you about what is going on in reality. He is so far disconnected from it. Im sick about this. He is still calling me to "help him out". "You gotta help me out here and go on another run for me so you can get paid your paychecks." This is insanity. This makes no sense. Ive reported him to Dept. of Labor, Dept of transportation, the IRS, the Better Business Bureau, Child Support Recovery ( as he didnt even pay that) The Tampa Newspaper, mailed a letter to Bubba the Love Sponge, Human Resource Dept in Lee County, District Attorney's office, and the American Trucking Association. Anything I can do to prevent this happening to another Driver I will do it!!!

 

Take the load, then break down, ask him to advance you the repair money that is equal to the amount that is owed to you. Leave the trailer in a yard where there is daily storage charges. When he pays, because he will, tell him where to pick up the trailer.

 

Trucker12 is Terry Keith Howell. No one has ever worked for Terry Keith Howell for 20 years. That is a lie. Ive spoke to Brokers and alot of Drivers. This is repeated behavior. Ive called several Federal Offices and every action will be taken against this scam you have going, Terry Keith Howell. We just got off the phone with yet another driver who got burned by all your lies. How do you sleep at night? I cant imagine stealing let alone stealing a MANS hard earned money. You should be ashamed of yourself. Didnt your Momma teach you any better? Terry Keith Howell's office girl just called us and told us that because I posted something on here, that he wont pay us today- um..I knew last week I wouldnt see any money. We went to his office and confronted him about his scam artist behavior yesterday, and AGAIN!! he promised to pay. He doesnt even have paystubs. He doesnt have an official program for paying people. What kind of business practice is that? Just look up Terry Keith Howell on the internet, please. DO your research on his character. I really dont want another family to suffer the way our family is suffering right now. Do you know we cant be all together for Thanksgiving because we have ZERO money. Do you know there will not be food made tomorrow for our Thanksgiving. We have 4 children. I told Terry Keith Howell this, and he said he felt bad that he had no money, but he THINKS he might have a few hundred to give us that he owes us. ??? REALLY? Of course he didnt pay us a couple of hundred, or the 3600.00 plus that he owes us. This guy is crazy. We have made some really good connections though, and I have alot of people willing to do something about his unmoral and unethical behavior. SO,,,trucker12...this is not a threat. I never threaten anyone..what I do do though, is keep my word..I know you dont know what that means, but ask someone. One day Keith, your going to cheat the wrong person who doesnt know how to keep his hands off of people. You can only steal from so many people for so long. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself. Your poor family cant even be proud of you. That is so sad. I will pray that you get healthy and learn to live right by others.

We did actually breakdown...and he said he had no money to give us to repair the truck. He has scammed so many times, that he knows how to do it right. Its really sad. He is going to end up hiring more drivers and then doing the same thing to them during the Holiday Season. I will do everything in my power to protect at least ONE other driver's family. This has got to stop. Again, all I can do right now is pray for him.

Bay City Logistics, JM Transportation, TK Trucking and now he has changed his name to Tampa Transportation & Logistics, LLC all run by the same person. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THIS CHaRACTER. He has scammed several thousands of dollars from me. $3886.97. Im not the only driver he has done this to. We are contacting each other to stop his unethical business practice. Please do not get scammed/blackmailed the way I did. Please look up the owner's name to these business's. If you find that these business' are not registered, then dont waste your time.
