3500 miles in 6 days is good. But in 10 that horible. Not much money going home. Miles should be 5800 to 6300. That's what I would expect. Driving otr is not cheap and productive on anything less for company or driver. N I'm not a jbs basher. Just someone who is interested in the company.

Mrs Angel here, sorry it wasnt HC who did his reading, it was DRBEER. Good job. I wasnt try to insult anyone just telling the truth like HC is attempting to do. I am not a negative person and Fallinangel is not either. But as things happen while he is on the road, good or bad we will let all of you know. The truth will be posted. An angel is watching over you.

Mras Angel here. When he checks in today I will update you on his mileage and anything else important. Do you have any questions for him? I would be happy to get answeres for him. I believe if you have an interest in JBS you should go for it you are interested. He had 16 other offers before he left for Greely, and 10 more since he has been gone. He likes where he is at and is willing to help the company improve. That is the attitude drivers need to have comming into a company that has faults. Stay safe out there. An Angel is watching over you.

It sounds like to me it's a us versus them mentality. The Drivers and the DM should be working together which in return = more business and more money for all. Everyone should do there part to help improve the company. If you long term drivers dont like the company then find a new company to work for. If the company is really that bad then when they cannot get drivers to drive the trucks then maybe they should re evualate what there business model is for drivers and treatment of employees. NO ONE IS FORCING ANYONE TO WORK THERE ITS YOUR CHOICE TO STAY.

hctowing still waiting on your answers. You talk alot about the company but your getting caught on alot of information that is wrong. So if your still here how is that. Remember I have been here since the start of Carriers as a driver first then Safety, Accident Inv., Recruiting, Human Resouces and now Manager of the Training Program. Never said we didn't have problems but at least can backup what I say. Again answer the questions.
