That thought crossed my mind a few times.

In a round about way.....yes.

Good luck Runningman in your next adventure with a different company. Hope to see more threads by you in the future.

pretty cagey runningman...when do we get to find out your new employer?
-
In do time.....getting all my ducks in a row, and finallizing a few loose ends.
-
Hey runningman....just curious, but what was the final nail in the coffin?
Was it a culmination of events or was it the one bad day with the trucks?
Seems like you were making good $$$ at Cheeseman for the most part. -
I think runningman was happy their until they started using E-logs, but it was a surprise to see he was leaving Cheeseman.

been there before, they are pretty good about handling breakdowns though. curious to know your new gig. I sorta miss flatbed for some reason.
still here, still making decent money, all I did all week was run back and forth across 80 from Richfield OH to New England, mostly drop and hook. this job couldn't be any easier. if I have one complaint, its that every week I keep asking to run the weekend for extra $$$, and it never happens. on the other hand, the hometime is great lately, but I was hoping to run a couple weekends to finish out the winter and it isn't happening.
TMC was like that too. here is a guy asking to work, willing to work, nope, you're gonna be home every weekend. I still like regional, could never work for a true over the road company, but sometimes it's nice just to have thousands of miles to drive and not worry about when you're going to be home or where your next load is going.
