We cannot believe anything you are posting because you have not posted (after multiple requests) to elaborate on the situation of your leaving/termination.
So far I agree with this thread just being a driver with his panties in a bunch over Celadon.
This area of the forum is to be used as a drivers "DAC" so to speak. Vague responses from you mean nothing to prove or disprove what was said.
In simple terms, "put up or shut up".Hitman Thanks this. -
I know from exp that some companies do this garbage, but always remember this tip. Always make sure u put yourself in the best possible situation and/or position to where you have control over it. If you put yourself in bad position then you have no one to blame but yourself. 10 companies in 15 years, some outfits will look at that & see a problem.

LOL. You sure can tell when a dispatcher or office personel is posting a message. Have a nice from behind your desk.

I think you meant to spell , ten four. If spelling is a problem , just print out 10-4 . How do you get away with mis-spelling , on your log book ?

And 5 pages later you still havent explained the situation with Celadon and explained your side of the story. Care to tell everyone what you told them when you quit or what the situation was? Otherwise this thread is a waste of time IMO why not be a little more specific and give some details.Hitman Thanks this. -
Thanks for the inquiry. Allow me to start by saying, 10 jobs in 15 years. Not visa versa. My number of jobs has never been an issue with trucking companies before. I spent over 4 years with Celadon. The trouble is not with me being able to hold a job. With any company that ive worked for before Celadon , I have always tried to leave on good terms even though I was displeased with an employer. I make my decision to leave , get routed to nearest terminal and turn in my equipment. I done the same with Celadon. Im not going to state specifics on the info put in their files. All anyone needs to know is, it was false. If it were true they would have put it on the DAC. Would you like to indulge us here, and start telling everyone about the false statements others have ever said about you. Ok... Last time I checked I was still allowed to use my freedom of speech. So I will continue to do so, and wont stop just because you dont get to hear what you would like. As far as me terminating my employment with Celadon. That was because of pay issues and just tired of 3 day waits in Laredo.

10 Jobs in 15 years, yet four years with Celedon. That leaves 9 jobs in 11 years.
Sorry, doesn't sound like a good investment to me (looking at it from a potential employers position).
There's a very generous-sized donut hole in this story line...I'll be anxious to see where it surfaces.AsphaltPilot Thanks this. -
You did a very wise thing.

I made a conscience decision to quit, dealing with pay issues and 3 day waits in Laredo. I had Celadon route me to nearest terminal , as I always do with an employer. I know how the rules are supposed to work. Ive been driving for enough years to know, you dont abandon equipment. I always try to use professionalism over emotions. Am I disgruntled...? I am now. As far as the info in their files. That is no one business. Its false, that all that anyone needs to know. If it were true, it would be on the DAC , but its not.
