Getting raw fuel at turbo sometimes and engine derates threw code 26 boost sensor replaced sensor ran great for 20 or so miles and started running rough while parked white smoke out of stacks sometimes then cleans out stubbles then levels out. Checked wiring for continuity was good. Changed fuel filters have fuel pressure. Motor is 6nz with borg warner turbo stock injectors did same for stock ecm and custom ecm anyideas?

Yep, had the same thing with my e-model. It was not doing it as bad as yours , i replaced my atmospheric sensor and that fixed the issue i was having. Ran alot better after, replace your sensor.shovel98 Thanks this.

Okay thank ya kw told me 26 was boost replaced air temp sesnor two months ago engine acutally shut down. Ran real hot egts. Mech hooked scanner to it and it was showing 3 lbs then going to 0 lbs at no load running sometimes blowing white smoke then burning clean next second need to take to cat dealer he said. Had it at cat dealer before him and his laptop said boost was throwing code several times going to try another shop tomorrow again see if they can get it going. appr replies will have to check air temp again.

26 is Atmospheric Pressure Sensor fault
The Atmospheric Pressure Sensor and the Boost Pressure Sensor are what the ECM use to determine the air fuel ratio in the engine. The ECM uses both readings from these sensors at the same time to adjust fuel flow into the engine. If either of these sensors acts up, the ECM has a hard time determining what the fuel flow rate should be and how to function the injectors. If it's an intermittent problem or the signal varies drastically from one sensor quickly but stays within the operating range that the ECM would consider normal.........fuel flow will vary drastically to the engine as fast as the sensor changes it's signal.shovel98 Thanks this. -
Replaced atsmopheric sensor plus two injectors ran okay alittle now missing again dropped mpg into to low 4s more likely high 3s was getting mid 6s checked oil couldnt smell any fuel checked raditor no fuel jake brake does not work at all checked wiring in head unhooked everything ran continuity checks on all wiring changed ecm still runs same. What am i over looking oh by the way had truck in four different repair shops 3 cat one indpendent not flashing any codes also changed fuel filters twice now getting fuel
