Somebody should post some pictures of their rigs at JBS. I have never seen a JBS truck on the road before. Everybody talks about their super nice equipment but never get to see what they are talking about.
I get the two angels on here mixed up, I have no idea if one is a guy or a girl. Got me confused.

Google JBS Carriers. They have a good picture of a 387 and trailer in front of their corporate headquarters in Greeley Colorado off hwy 34. Everything is less than 2 years old.

yeah I've seen that picture before on their website, but pictures on company websites are never usually the same as the actual trucks that their drivers drive. The trucks they put on the websites are always brand new and nice, that is gr8 if their trucks are like that though...

LOL, I have seen a half dozen JBS trucks in the last couple of weeks. They all look pretty darn new. Great looking fleet. The one on the website looks exactly like their fleet trucks.

Had one next to me down here at Safeway DC in Denver unloading 1. 3137 T660 sure was clean and sharp looking 500 new T700 coming in starting next month. Word has it they lease their trucks and turn in around 400K.

Drive a T700. Like all trucks has quirks that need to get ironed out. Factory installed headlights are great for the driver but oncoming traffic hates them. (Yes, we did get them adjusted). Get used to high beam flashes!!

Hey guys! Glad we have a new thread on here. I am currently working for JBS. I have been here for a little over two weeks. Miles have been okay. I did 2200 miles the first week (started in the middle of the pay period). I have almost 3400 miles for this pay period. Miles could be better this week but I finally got home to get all of my gear last Friday (Feb 18th). I have been home all weekend. I have had my PTA set for Monday 7AM and I am still at home. That is a little frustrating but it is hard to get out of Florida.
The only issue I have experienced is that there is a large lack of communication between DMs and planners. I have talked to several current JBS drivers who say their miles are great until they put a hometime request in. It seems the planners don't know what to do.
The plan coming out of orientation when I started was to get us back to the house to get the rest of our gear. I went from Greeley to Hyrum, UT to LA then San Diego and back to Utah. I got a load out of Hyrum to Southhaven, MS and delivered on Saturday the 12th. Loaded in Russellville, AR on Sunday the 13th and delivered in Winchester, KY Monday night. After sitting almost all day Tuesday waiting for my next load (hopefully towards my house in Florida), I finally called and spoke to the OTR Manager Darren to find out why they can't get me home. About an hour later I had a load out of our plant in Louisville, KY going to Plant City, FL.
Other drivers have told me they have experienced the same thing with JBS. I still think JBS is a good company. I think they need to find some better planners who know what they are doing. Right now, in my opinion, the planners are a problem.
I'll update as I move forward.rickway65, nanakatmck and yukon2001 Thank this.
