Just as it says, I'm about to go to driving school in a couple of weeks and to be truly honest my biggest fear is getting as big as a house while driving a truck OTR. Are yall able to take a portable fridge and pack fairly healthy stuff on the road?? and is there ways or I should say enough room in these trucks to say bring a couple of dumb bells along and excercise on the road??

Is there a book anyone has wrote about different workouts in a small cab of a truck?? if not you just might be able to really sell these books

    Thanks
    Chris

Yes, bring those adjustable weights along with you. A jump rope takes up very little room and provides for an excellent workout. My husband lost weight while on the road, went back to being unhealthy when he quit, and hopefully will start losing weight again now that he is back out there. It is easy to eat healthy on the road, just not as easy as being unhealthy.

What do you mean adjustable weights?? Do you mean like the dumb bells I see on tv that you can add and take away weights??

    Thanks

I guess so. I have seen different varieties of them. Basically they can allow you to adjust or click and have all sorts of weights available to you for different workouts, instead of just a single dumbell weight. Rubber band resistance weights are useful also

I have seen those but there very long, there's another company that makes something like this called http://www.powerblock.com/

These I would probably get, I've seen videos on youtube and the bowflex dumb bells are very long and awkward.

Seen the powerblocks a long time ago. Never cared for the square design. But, each to their own, right?

yeah I'm not liking the square blocks either but read the bow flex are really fragile. I thought though the bow flex only went to 90 pounds but went to there site and they make them up to 50 pounds so there not as long so who knows i may consider them. Both brands are about the same price, need to research both more

Bowlfex has 2 different sets. The 552s and the 1090s. One set goes up to 52.5lbs, and the other up to 90lbs.
