    Canuck, you've been on here awhile, so you've been able to see that the moderators enforce community guidelines fairly and consistently. We're not going to give users special treatment based on their rankings in a popularity contest. Dick promised many times to change his behavior and follow the rules, and between his broken promises and his decision to harass the board after being banned, he has completely worn out his welcome.

    I'd appreciate it if you'd let this go so that I can stop running the meter on the amount of time I've wasted on Dick Jones.
