Does anyone know what the new cat motors with a SDP serial number can be rated to?

If you go with a PDI tuned ECM for this engine............you will be in the 725 hp range with a stage 1 tune. You can also do a DPF delete with a PDI tune if you really want to make one run good and not worry about the DPF and it's constant regeneration cycles. I've sold one of each in the last week and both trucks are running very strong. The gentleman that did the DPF delete was starting to have problems with the filter plugging and the cost of getting it cleaned/replaced was outrageous.

These engines even with the PDI tune aren't as responsive to the throttle inputs as the earlier Acert engine after they've been tuned, but they pull as hard as they do. The one customer had a MXS Acert with the 550 hp PDI Stage 2 tune in it........this is a very strong 800+ hp tune. He claims this new Acert DPF motor with the DPF still installed and functional has the same pulling power as his MXS Stage 2 tune did in his old truck.

    If you're interested Pm me
