Let's see; you left China and emigrated to Canada (which has a swiss-cheese immigration policy) and now 1 year (you aren't a citizen yet) later you want access to USA under Canadian driver's licence, etc? What you got for a passport?

Hey, sounds like a upright citizen to me. :biggrin_25513:

Even with a job you can still be denied a visa to the US. You probably will need to just apply to Canada only companies but if you are in the Toronto area those are hard to come by.

well you cant just hop into a trucking job just cause you have an az licence, you have to start small and work your way up to getting some exsperance in driver training , its not that simple to just go and drive a tractor trailer !!!!!

I don't have any problem to find a job, but all the jobs require US visa. But my visa application has been denied. They said that i didn't have strong tie to Canada. It's ridiculous my wife and my daughter are now living in Canada. I also brought the letter which from the company intend to hire me. I don't know why they denied my visa.

As I cautioned you on this the US is really tightening the Canadian border. You may just have to look for local jobs. Even try the Asian markets in Scarborough for example to start somewhere at least.

Well there you go. Work local and get that tie to Canada. Learn our way of life and live it. Us Canadians live the same life the Americans do. We watch the same TV shows, eat the same food, drive the same cars etc. Break the tie you have to China and it will be fine, you will become one of us. Resistance is futile.
