Thanks I just looked up the lunch box on amazon and read nothing but great reviews there. I also just added roadcookin to my favorites so will have to read it later.
Thanks for the tips, I just started truck driving school yesterday and felt I have gotten pretty lucky with this school because this teacher seems to really bust his butt in teaching you everything and boy is it alot to learn. The teacher is pretty dang heavy and a big smoker and staring at him has made me realize once I get out there i gotta not be like him. I don't smoke for one but gotta eat good and gosh I can see how you could totally do it if you put some effort into it.
Thanks again for tips

Heres a tip I am doing low carbs, and low calorie, I bought a small BBQ grill for 10.00 at Walmart, It folds up and fits in the side box of my Freightliner Coronado, I cook on my 10 hr break, It fits on my catwalk, I cook for that meal and the next day. 2 Rbieyes 1" thick at Walmart are $10-$12. The same meal in the truckstop is $22.00, and a guarantee you you get a better meal, and it is healthier, I eat cottage cheese instead of potatoes, and get individual sized veggies I cook in my microwave.
