Try Maverick, they are a much better company then TMC.

I agree, I have tried everybody and cant get a job. Heavy haul experience and all but no otr in 7 years guess I'm cursed.

Then I watch all the people wrecking swift trucks all over the place and think "who in the hell is that ceo and what exactly kind of company is he running"?

I had this same thing happen to me!! In my third week of trucking school a TMC recruiter came in. I filled out an app the next day on the internet and called back a week later to check on it. They said I was denied! Asked for a reason why and they could not give me an answer. So I called back and asked for the recruiter to see why I was denied. He claimed the hiring committee did not give a reason why.

Another student in my class also was denied.

 

If anyone asks that weight/height question add a picture so they can see muscles instead of flab and also add the body fat numbers form a Doctor. Or just add a note that you are a body builder and the W/H ratio is off!

 

I compaired TMC and Maverick. TMC pays tuition reimbursement and also I will get my GI Bill benifits..

 

I dont think you lost much not going to tmc, they have great rigs..but alot of crap you got to put up with. they process hundreds of apps a week..so they can be picky on who they want to invite to come on board

 

Exactly, wannabees. Trucks are full right now because there's more trucks than freight because no one is buying anything ( extreme ). This should change shortly (unless gas heads back to $4.00) .
