They didn't waste any time. The real shipment was probably right behind him.

I have a feeling we will be reading alot more of these stories.

An unlicensed driver who was obviously "not familiar with commercial vehicle operations" has no problem crossing the border. I feel safer already.

The article did say “Arizona DPS did not say whether the truck was associated with the drug cartel or had been hijacked.” so maybe the truck was legally brought in but if he drove it in I will not be happy.

Its interesting TSA agents are busy sticking their hands in children’s pants all over the nation everyday at airports and Amtrak stations while millions of illegals and millions of pounds of illegal cargo find their way across our borders with relative ease.

Good point. I read that he was stopped by the AHP on the interstate and not at the border by the BP and made the mistake of assuming he drove it across. Never assume anything, my bad.

I agree....you can't fly without being searched, but yet any illegal immigrant that wants to can get into the USA from Mexico and bring in any illegal cargo ....and this is what the politicians have created for us. Just think about how many airports there are in the US and how many TSA agents are hanging out there watching the x-ray equipment.

Wonder why the politicians did that?
Cause they fly all the time and want the planes to be safe for themselves and their friends, but don't ever go near the Mexican border and see what is going on there, so they don't care about the border crimes? It's a long ways from the East Coast to the border states.

Or is it they think the East Coast needs more protection from terrorists than the border states do from criminal activities? :biggrin_25516:

Will there be memorial monuments erected in the border states to remember the fallen agents protecting the border and all the victims from the illegal drugs brought into the USA? :biggrin_25516:

Kudos to the Arizona DPS for catching this guy.
