Central sucks

2nd lesson in trucking, truckers lie, steal and cheat. OUCH! tough to hear I know and even tougher to say but we are not beyond reproach. I have had #### stolen out of my truck and off my truck. I have been straight face lied to by other drivers and how many play with 2 or 3 log books? Recruiters and most drivers feed from the same trough.

 

So driver do you also wonder why our reputation in the publics eye is in the septic tank..

I will look you in the eye and tell you the bold face truth.. even one of my ex-wives will tell you I am brutely honest.. other wouldn't know the truth if it came from God's mouth..

We allow recuiters to lie, we allow our fellow drivers to lie by not calling their hands. If I lied when I was kid my momma would make sure my butt was as red as my truck.. so whose fault is the morals we see today???

My oldest son treatened to call the police if I hit him.. I told to make sure they dispatched anambulance too, cause he was fixin to need it.. never laid a hand on him, but he knew I would. He may lie to others, but he doesn't to me..

 

Its simple, they CANNOT without a court order. And I doubt a judge would issue one to a trucking company. It's hard for a Deputy DA to open any sealed juvenile records without a current court action to prove a prior. My former wife worked for many years in our local District Attorney office and getting a judge to open any juvenile record is extremely hard. Me thinks this applicant had something else going on..And NONE of those records are made public to anyone, so no trucking company has access to them. And if they do, they obtained them illegally.

 

I swear, with the spelling atrocities committed in your post, I wouldn't hire you either.

 

It's called personal responsibility & accountability. Sad fact is that society In general has this attitude. A lot people always say it's someone elses fault for their mistakes.

 

I feel you here. Gotta love boys and their boldness in the teenage years. My son told me that once too--then i offered to dial it for him. LOL
That brings back memories of them awesome teenage years

Drivers are like anyone else, some are honest some aren't, it is each individules own job to figure out who everyone else is ususlly with a little practice you can figure it out. Why lie about stuff it just gives everyone a bad name. The sins of a few the masses shall pay. The only time it is o.k. is if you have been fishin' and happened to catch a state record but just happend to forget the camera and net. LOL
