Schneider's home run program?

    True, they are called relays. The trucks are in the Home Run program, with a couple of extra as it is a "critical position" as they say. The good thing about that is it use to be when I came in on Wednesday I would have to wait for the truck/driver to get in, now I go to my assigned truck and go (unless its a relay) so like I say, it works for me, but I am sure not for everyone, its just a nice option to have.

    I hear that they still do, but haven't talked to anybody about that in a while. I do know they are short on trainers.

    Thank you both again, been a wealth of knowledge. The recruiter I'm supposed to be dealing with was out last week but is supposed to be back in on Monday so I'll direct some of these questions her way.
