When you are home (whenever that is) where do you park your truck and or trailer. If you have to pay some one to park it about how much is reasonable to pay per month or year and what do you get for that i.e. electric for winter heater , fenced in, etc.etc.

There is a tire shop in my town that has parking avaliable for $60 a month. This is a reasonable price in my opinion.

I park it at my mother-in-laws horse center right between two horse trailers. It's behind a security gate that you need the code or a remote to open so it's pretty safe, she also packs a marine stainless steel 12 gauge semi-auto and knows how to use it LOL!
ampm wayne Thanks this. -
Either I park on my front lawn... or in my driveway... or in my neighbors gravel lot or at the local truck repair shop... all free.

We used to park at a local truck sales and service center about five miles from our house. We paid $100 per month for both truck and trailer and we could plug it in in the winter and they did have security cameras (no fencing). We had no probs with break in or theft for the 5-1/2 years we parked there. We were able to redo our driveway in '08 though and now we can park it all here. Good Luck!

I park it in front of my house on the street sometimes (Just to piss off my B###### and complaining neighbor) but most of the time on a side street off the highway with in walking distance of my house. I look for the jacka@# to call the police today but police cant do nothing falls under city manager and he off on weekends

I drop my trailers at the shipper, and park my rig in my heated shop......so no need for electrical hookups. But the shop deff wasn't free!!! LOL
I'd say, if it has a fenced lot with on-duty security 24/7 and electrical hook-ups then $125-$200 a month is avg.
Just a lot with a plug and no fence/security I'd say $50 a month....... maybe a bit less -
Couple of local truck shops here that will let you park for around $50 month. Good thing is they have security camera's on 24/7.

I park right next to my home. although the city just passed a new ordinance, that say's tractor trailer trucks can no longer be allowed to be parked on city streets, as a lot do, I have a private drive on commercial property, so the law does not affect me.
