I shortline out of Vancouver, where were your five stops in Oregon and which one did you think you couldnt get a truck into? Just curious.

 

Rest area west of Amarillo, TX. gonna be close on hours getting this load there!

 

Where ya headed bud? I'll be rolling thru Amarilo in a couple hours. My next fuel stop is in hinton OK. I'm gunning for it...LOL

Hey, as you head east on the 40, there is a small truck stop at exit 163 I believe...small, but I've always gotten a place to park there. I even stopped on July 4th and got to watch the town fireworks show from the interstate overpass. Mickey D's, Subway, DQ, and if you walk across the interstate, Taco Bell. I know Amarillo is sometimes cagey to find a spot, so just a heads up for you guys still out there

 

Been sitting at Conover since Friday night, made my drop this morning at 8am and came back for next load which I'm told won't be ready until after 10pm...Mostly my doing as I said I don't want a northeast bound load, I want to go west or something with some mileage so it's the west coast or TX, whichever loads first...

i already forgot, it was in southern oregon and it was called papaya or something. theres no room to turn around in there, but theres another driveway across from them that actually makes it pretty easy to back straight into.
