Nebraska sucks, and Utah blows... and Wyoming is the punching bag in the middle... oh no that is sports...

Setting in the rain this evening, in boise ID, two blocks from my receiver...

I keep hearing about these things called a pre plan... what are those???? :biggrin_25520:
I could not put up with what I went through this week every week with Kraft. It has got to be better than that, waiting for hours for an empty that I know will not happen, and then finally dispatch giving me one of the loaded trailers.

My boyfriend is in training with Stevens. The trainer had a problem with him, and left him in Little America, Wyoming. The trainer was 6'5" and was threatening to beat him up. Is there any chance that Stevens will actually help him? Or can he assume his job is over?

It all depends on the story. He best call his counselor to find out what's next.
Stevens doesn't just leave people hanging. The office will take over.

I had forgotten how much I hate going there until I got there again.
it does test your skills! (and patience)

It all depends on the actual events, but trainers are not allowed to leave a student stranded. If you boyfriend keeps his cool, stevens will get him back to dallas, and get him with another trainer... it all depends on keeping ones cool.

Made my delivery to Nabisco, just a stones through away from the TA in Boise.. Only have about 100 ft between the buildings, to back it into the door to unload, sure wish I had a video of that back... it was smooth and sweet. Pat pat pat, (ouch now my arm hurts) As soon as I was empty, got a load from Nampa, to Hannibel MO... 1500 miles, but the appointment is for friday evening... Will have to see what I can do after tuesday, and I start getting some hours back on my log book.

Made my 3 drop deliveries in AZ this morning (Chandler to Tolleson to Tempe). !st was at 0200 and last was at 0930. Finish unloading in Tempe at 1130. My new load assignment is 193 DH to Yuma for 2 picks. Have to stop and get 2 more load lock as this is my first produce load solo. I tell them Im running short on my 14 as I started out at 0145 but I bust my rump and make it to first pick with exactly 1 min to spare on my 14 lol.

I call and tell them again that Im out of hours and cant make the second pick. Now its to late to call and reschedule so haqve to sit here till god know when tommorow. And the dekivery is 665 miles away at 0200 on the 16th. No way I can make that now. So I dont know whats gonna happen tommorow.

Kraft is such a pain. They act like they own the trailers and your truck.
I'm glad I only see them between my Pillsbury loads. All drop and hook. Sometimes the problem is waiting at a Kraft for an empty to take to Pillsbury though.
    sigh
On hometime, had a loss in the family, probably by off until Wednesday or Thursday. Put the truck in the Kenworth to fix the A/C. Can you believe the hood rubs the A/C condenser (little radiator in front of main radiator) until it causes a hole in it? Insane.
They were so busy he couldn't promise it before Wednesday anyway. I'm fine with that. A couple days off the truck will be nice. Been since Christmas that I've been all the way off the truck.
Well, best wishes to you all, and keep the wheels turning.

Yes I can believe it, it happened on my t2000 also... but got it fixed at the yard.
Stopped in Laramie WY for the day/night. dang 70 hour rule!!!

Visited with some friends, but my timing is off by one day, or I would be at the events center cheering on the Cowgirls against the Ducks.
