The BEST company YOU have worked for!

I am trying to do some research into a really good company as i have just quit one of the worst companies out there: McLeod Express.

I would love to hear from you guys what is the best company you have worked for and why. I trust DRIVERS' opinions over recruiter lies 100%.
I have been looking through this forum all day almost when i wasn't on the phone with companies and it is exhausting & overwhelming.

where do you live?? Ohio

what exp. do you have?? 3 years

how much do you want to be home?? preferably every weekend or three outta four

what type of trailer you want to pull? van, reefer, skateboard, so on and so forth van

I'd also like to pull at least .39 to .40 a mile. I can live on $750-$800 a week. But I'd like that to be consistent you know. I don't wanna pull $300 & $400 checks two weeks outta a month.

Plus, if you look into McLeod on these boards, you will note that they don't treat their drivers or their equipment with respect. So yeah RESPECT would be a nice added bonus!

 

Do they hire drivers from my end of the country (Ohio)? I looked up their website but there wasn't really aCareers tab.
