    Hello,

    I was wondering if anybody has had any good/bad experience with these guys. I'm beginning to think they may have put my radio in the back burner. Its been a few months and I haven't heard back from them. Last I heard, they were in the middle of a move. Hope my radio didn't fall out the truck. :biggrin_25510:

    Few months :biggrin_25521: !!!!!! I would of pick it up a week later and say C-YA....... What kind of radio is it, GOLD ? Are they chroming every resistor in the radio ?

    Its an older Ranger RCI-6900F-150. It was broke pretty bad, but then again, that is why I sent it off for repair. I've been using a Cobra that I had laying around. I'm not big on radios, but a radio is a must-have.

    I will admit to being a little lax on getting a solution, but I've been very busy. Shopwork and personal stuff.

    I'm in Ga and I haven't had a chance to go to IN in a long time. So I did the mail thing. :/

    blanco, I have bought several radios/accesories from them as well as sent many HAPPY customers their way, Call James or Doug himself first thing in the morning and find out whats going on. They did move to a bigger/better shop. Your contact info may have been lost, Post back with your results. A few months is simply unexcusable for any reason other than they were unable to contact you.

    They do the best work in my opinion. I just bought my 5th radio from them and got it today 3 days after I ordered it, but I must say their customer service sucks. I have had problems twice now with getting recipts and or returned calls or messages. Other wise they are great techs.

    Nothing really special-Just a Black Chrome Cobra 29 W/RFX-75 # $199 thought was a pretty good price.
