The best way i think is to go with one of those awsome starter companies. i'm goning to put my time in OTR with JBS i read that US express will hire with just 3 months exp my personal opinion is to stick with a company for at least 1yr. I plan to stay with JBS for at least 3yrs who knows maybe longer.

Is everyone also considering tuition reimbursment?
Pay was similar for my top Co choices, so length before getting my tuition back was a big factor. -
well if you can find the funds or get someone to loan it to you your better off. I'm pay 2,800 for school if i did there finance i would have to sign a 4500 loan and pay 18% interest oh and the money the trucking company was going to pay towards my loan is now going in my pocket. If you like to keep your money find away to pay the cdl mill up front!
ok saving 1,700 right away then saving the 18%

In my research they are all about the same on that. 150.00 a month after 30 days..which is great with me. Mine came out of my own pocket. Schnieder came to our school and they are not doing tuition reimbursement at all, so I went with US Express. -
I spoke to a Schneider recruiter today, and according to what she told me they do do tuition reimbursement at a rate of $150 per month up to $3500 after 30 days of employment.
