dumb question, maybe/maybe not. Ended up buying a shot truck, some of you guys warned me after the fact (after i put $5k down and signed the papers). Gasket & head is shot, and probably the engine. Already have put $5k minimum worth of repairs in this truck in 9months. Truck died completely in texas, company i bought it from is in florida. No way for me to drive it back down to florida, and i'm d*mn straight not paying to tow it down to florida. Someone told me that if i let it get repod that it would ruin my cdl??? is that true?
repo'd truck affecting cdl?

Cant possibly by even the furtherest stretch of the imagination

no CDL has nothing to do with credit
-
that's what i thought. it was stupid of me to listen to some random person just babbling at the mouth. At worst the fianance company/buy here pay here, could probably sue me.

It won't affect your CDL but could hinder you in finding a job. Some prospective employers check your credit rating.
