Is Cowan a good company?

Scorpiodrgn, what company do you work for that is going out of business? They have open houses at the Baltimore terminal every now and then.

 

all ready went out -n- Cowan won't hire me or a few others they cause of safety issues had 1 accented non preventable when a woman in N.Y. was on cell phone -n- use and off ramp exit to try -n- merge back on -n- goes on shoulder then whack right under my front wheel passenger side my blind spot
no real damage accept rip open her back corner panel -n- flat tire my trk scuff mark on bummer -n- my reflective lug nut covers ripped off no ticket was issued to me or her NYPD said ppl do that all the time. gave me a piece of paper with numbers on it .-n- said give this to your co. for report have a nice day . end of story plus a few over weight -n- 1 or 2 logs violation. like over hrs but no fines .

 

A bit hard to read with the puncuation and spelling. You do know that you can appeal your preventable accident on your DAC ? Once your company goes out of business they wont be able to prove it happened unless its on your MVR.

 

The company use to work for never used Dac let alone ever heard or it lol also how could you call being hit on blind side ( preventable ) blind side i thought meant not being able to see it .??
