Are you signing the log book every day? No one can make you run an illegal log book, try using that as an excuse with the DOT when you are involved in a fatal accident at an intersection that you shouldn't have been at "My company made me do it sir" You'll have 20-30 years in an 10x12 cell to blame the company.
Its your log book, you are the one responsible for it. If they are asking you to run hours you don't have, QUIT.

I would not call it forcing you to log it illegal, like Hendrickson is putting a gun to your head, but it is a very strong and powerful suggestion by the driver managers like Danny Mike and Kenny!They know they have you over a barrel stuck out on the road and they will stick it to ya no matter how much it puts you out!

1. California Only Company Drivers: For those drivers based in California we have a very special “California Only” opportunity driving brand new KW tractors pulling drop & hook freight throughout California ONLY ... you'll be able to run a TON of miles and still be close to home! Company positions also available to run the 11 Western States as well.

2. Solo lease-to-own drivers: no money down / no credit check / walkaway lease options on any of the available tractors in our fleet, most of which is 2006 or newer. Affordable lease payments, affordable insurance, 100% fuel surcharge pass-through.

3. Team lease-to-own drivers: same situation as the solo lease program, but with a team-mate the miles will keep racking up no matter what.

4. Owner-Operator drivers: if you already own your own equipment, sign it on with our fleet and run as many miles as you can legally log.
