Thanks again John. Aside from the breakdown i had this week, im very happy already. The smooth, freindly and easy going atmosphere is great. Billy's really working with me to get me home on a weekend routine and i finally made it home last night with a load for Brooklyn which i delivered today on the quik. Reloaded at the same place after being emptied, and monday im already preplanned with another Brooklyn thats sitting at the yard loaded, for when i bring this back early monday. Its great to have loads being planned while youre on the way to one already or even before that. Its very smooth and updates on loads are great to get. No waiting around no sitting just do what we do best safe and legal. Im getting used to the electronic logs too and im really lovin em. Dont have to fill out no stinkin log book anymore and it forces me to pre plan better and stay focused on the load and driving. Really makes things easier. But yea definitly loving it so far.

Good luck on that the road test is smooth going and should go well. Youll prolly be starting this week if all goes well with that.

Hey John would you happen to know what type headlight bulbs these Volvos take?. Looks like one burned out today and even the dash is telling me so as well with a small headlight icon lol. I guess that means the bulb burned out. I cant find the bulb type online for the life of me. And earlier i tried to remove the round cap but no luck on that it was tight so i figured id try again tommorow. I have a bunch of modern type halogen bulbs here from all my cars im wondering if i might have the same bulb here before i go out and buy one somewhere. Dont really wanna roll out to pittson late sunday with one HL out. Thanks in advance.

Few shots of my truck. Gonna try and get some outside shots tommorow. Even after the cleaning service i still needed to do a number on the inside and cleaned everything up pretty good. Still got more to do but right now im really happy with it overall. Im liking the Panasonic deck that someone had put in there previously.

I very rarely post when I'm headed home, which is where I'm at right now. Got here last night around 10 pm. I deliver in Lakeland Monday at noon so I'll leave the house around 8am Monday. Good luck on your road test and physical on Monday. It's the easiest road test you'll ever do.

It will take about 2 weeks to get into a routine here. After that you'll think you've been here a year! If you have any questions just ask away.

I don't know the number of the bulb but they are readily available at all the truckstops. The cap just spins off and then you pop the bulb out.

I just need to say that after reading this whole blog over the last 2 years and hearing what other drivers go through with other companies, working here has been a true pleasure for me. I left Monday at 7am and got home Friday at 10 pm. I did 2800 miles, made money and planned my weekend with my wife before I left. I am glad I don't have to stay out weeks at a time and am very grateful I can plan things for when I get home. I need to do one more round up north then back home. I was told that after the next round it will be off to the west coast to chase after the summer produce.

Good things happen when EVERYONE works together.

From reading the posts it sounds like a great place , great atmosphere and everyone gives and takes to make things work without the WHINING & CRYING you hear / read from other outfits.
