It he abandoned a truck then that could explain the short money.

 

OK.... we all hate having to play detective to figure this stuff out... but with the load abandonment question in his other thread, and this:

"they wouldn't even give me advances"

Seems to me that he was "advanced out"... too all he could already.

Maxed out advances on the paycheck, didn't want to work (?), then abandoned the truck, they charged him for the recovery, as is normal, and there was $294 left?

 

Usually, when someone trashes a company on an internet forum, there is more to the story. Most companies want to retain good drivers. There can be some conflicts, such as with a dispatcher from time to time, but it costs much less to retain drivers than recruit new ones.

 

OK just call me stupid but if Crest is team what happen to the other driver

 

They are not 100% TEAM operation , lots of solo runs with them

 

spit out the whole story coz i have a friend work on this company for 14years now and he said he dont have plan to quit with them.

Seems to me that you entered a field of work without much looking into it. Since things werent going your way you decided that the best way get out was to quit and go sit on a pitty pot instead of talking to somebody about it. Somewhere in that company somebody would listen, but you just need to do the grunt work and find that somebody. Well good luck and all I can say is start practicing saying "WOuld like fries with that?"
