Yea i know what your saying Trans Am is almost like Swift is any more. I used to work for FAC had all the same BS done to me as your talking about got fed up with fac thought i would go to their big fleet yea that was another BIG mistake was company then went to lease had a real jerk for a fleet manager (ALE BLISS). But the turn out was the same TransAm dont care about there drivers they will stiff you any way they can. Johnny used to say his drivers come first they are making him money every one else can be replaced, But now that Russ has taken over and running the show he thinks of it the other way around.. Just get all your ducks in order and dont delete any more messages off the computer get pics of the messages cause after 99 messages the computer will start deleteing them automaticly and get your self a recorder for your phone messages, then get you a better company to work for and BLOW THEM IN TO EVERY ONE like others in this forum have been saying.. I should have done it when i was getting jerked off by them! Truck driving really is a great job dont let TransAm discourage you from driving.. Well i hope things turn out for the best but im sure it wont if you stay with TransAm. Swat them like flys

we have trip planners and elogs and run legal

Oh BTW I make a living running legal
you wont be home more then 48 days a year running OTR
but get your experience and move on to a job where you are home

 

transam pete..... yea, he is talking about TA. They use to have a FAC fleet but did away with it a couple of years ago. They were based out of NC somewhere. Like was said tho, this is an old thread.

 

Boy am I glad you pointed that out. A good friend of mine recommended TA for me as a new driver (student). I was getting panicked! I will not run illegal no matter the cost. I'm not willing to take someone else's life by being too tired just to make a buck.

 

talk to Transam Pete, he works for the company currently, and i'm sure could shed some light on what they have and don't have their company ops do.
