it had to be a bond or else they wouldnt have kept wanting him to go to court. once a fine paid, there is no need to go to court , you have in effect pled guilty.

i hve open road and it works if you follow procedure. fact is , this dude got released from scalehouse because they posted the cash bond. then wanted him to fight the ticket, these guys find the attorney , then you have to resond to the attorney so he has the details to fight the ticket.

this joker got let loose and didnt give a rats behind anymore after that. pay the people the 200 dollar bond they posted, open road agreements plainly states that any fines are yours to pay. they will pay for the lawyer. but you have to give the lawyer the facts.

this joker ignored them, pay the 200 bucks to them you owe it, slacker. and you know #### well you do.

I'm guessing here but if they issued a comcheck and now are asking for their 200 bucks back then that comcheck was really a comcheck

Wow dude, I'm a joker now? I never wanted them to fight it I asked the scale house lady if the ticket was paid she said yes. I came on here and asked a simple question if open road had the ability to suspend my license as a company because thats what the collector said when he rudely called me at all hours of the day and very rude. I never said I didn't deserve the ticket, yeah I screwed up and trusted the air gauges on the trailer and tractor and the trailer was off by 1,200 pounds. I was in hard financial times when I posted the question and couldnt pay and they werent happy with that. So I guess from this little bit you read about me gives you the right to call me a slacker, joker, and should deserve to get my license suspended? For your information I bust my tail every day driving around locally in a mixer and dump truck I am in no way a slacker and you are the joker from bringing up a thread from October of last year and flame someone you don't know anything about. Oh by the way I like it when you call me slacker and joker can I have some more????????????

Just out of curiosity, brinkj23, you asked the questions in October, but I don't see you saying this was all cleared up yet. So, from then, until now, what the hell have you been doing to try and rectify the situation? Or, is it all rectified, and you just never posted about it here? If it was rectified, what was done? I'm curious as to how it all went.

you know this joker hasnt cleared it up yet, it plainly states in the open road plan drivers handbook that they "pay no fines" for you. they will post a bond to get one released as they did here. they will then pay for an attorney to fight the ticket and get it lessened. this guy got released when they posted the cash bond and then refused to respond to them about taking it to court. he is plainly a slacker, he got what he wanted and then said the heck with them. and then gives the tired old financial hardship routine. always an excuse, he was never interested in making thinmgs right, he only wants to know if they can suspend his license. if they cant , he will never make it right. facts are facts
