I call BS on this one...
and the reason I do so IS my son has been working with CRST for 9 months now and they HAVE NEVER EVER LEFT HIM OR HIS co driver or him when he was solo waiting on co-driver HUNG OUT TO DRY like that...anytime they have needed anything...MONEY on his fuel card..repairs tolls or anything else they have gotten what they have needed....
oh BTW...some weeks my Son has actually made more money than I did...but then again he is not a whiner...He has been home for a total of 72 hours THIS YEAR....

 

I would whine about that one;-really,truly..

 

Not if he's taking his time off somewhere else... heck, when my wife and I were teaming, we went a whole year without visiting our "home". We took time off in OKC with our son and daughter, or Philly with our son, or Idaho with mom, or SW Washington with the rest of her family.

ME TOO but heck he is 21 no responsiblities at home NO Wife No children...
He is just loving seeing the USA...
but he is coming home for a couple of weeks next month...

 

Im with LandShark on this one Im throwing out the BS card. I've been with them for five years and they have NEVER left me high and dry. Freight has been slow here lately but I still make a heck of a lot more than what you are stating. I have never had an advance turned down unless it was after 7pm and no hometimes have been turned down. I think there is a WHOLE lot more to the story than what you are telling us here

 

Something seems a bit askew here. Did you forget to turn in your paperwork through TransFlo? Yeah, they need that before they pay you. Swift is the same way with their TripPaks.
Other than that, I really don't have much commentary to give on CRST VanEx. I know I wasn't impressed with what I saw at OKC orientation for the VanEx side, but that's probably not atypical.

 

I been at crst 8yrs I am a trainer...this sounds like a case of another one coming in expecting everything to be his way. Thinking everything and everyone to kiss his ^%*. I have never seen anyone get the treatment he described...yeah crst pisses me off at times but nothing is perfect here is a slice of advice get over yourself...everybody has to prove themselves is trucking you are owed nothing

 

Wow, 25% vehicle OOS, 7% driver OOS, and 6% (what!!??) OOS on HAZMAT loads... holy smokes.
