MXS? Mine with the same tune will barely hit 60 on a rare occasion. Wonder why so different, I pressure tested my CAC and replaced one boot before the flash.

I almost pegged my boost guage once (75+ psi) on accident dealing with a stupid steering wheel holder that wanted to race. That will never happen again unless I'm on a dyno or hooked to a sled. The #### truck just took off like a rocket and left a trail of smoke that covered the road. But #### it was fun.

might be the fuel settings or the tune. i try to keep it at 60 or under. on a hard pull when the water starts to heat up i back off the boost to about 45 to 50. every motor is different. i also have my accuators backed off an extra 5 thousands havent thrown a code yet.Last edited: Apr 28, 2011

Yea not sure what the difference would be. Not that I'm trying to run it that high. What is the benefit of backing off the actuators?

Calibrate your gauge!

I just replaced broken hose on my mbn broken hose 40psi plus new hose 23psi fuel mileaga up pulls pretty good..
-
Calibrate? Could you elaborate on that. -
My SDP Acert 550 is only getting around 28 psi at around 1300 rpm or around 40 when its doing a regen while driving. Been at 28 since new but that sounds really low for the twin turbo. Whats normal for that engine.
