It is going to take awhile to get the hang of the job. Probably for about the first 6 months or so you are going to want to quit on a daily basis. KLLM's lease might be better than most, but leases are set up to benefit the company, that's why they push them so hard.

My husband works for KLLM and they have been good to us. They aren't perfect, but they seem better than a lot of others.

They do not require a down payment. You actually get a bonus to transfer. As far as picking a truck they have cascadias and columbias to choose from. It is really luck of the draw but they keep their equipment up. Some of their trucks have apu's but most do not.

Well I took my test and passed it with flying colors. I was just about to get my paper copy of my CDL when I found out Arizona has a hardship restriction on my license for a ticket that is 3 years old. Alabama my home state does not have a hardship license law so now 5 weeks of training and countless amount of money I'm out. Now I'm trying everything I can to get my license upgraded to a CDL. Screw Arizona and everything thing they're about. I will never move back there and when I do get my CDL I will bypass Arizona every chance I get.

Well I guess I should start by saying I finally got my license in full and I'm working for Werner. I have to do 275hrs of training with them which I'm now down to 130 and now waiting on my fourth trainer. I had to go with Werner cause it was my only option sense I was out of school for so long. My personal opinion is Werner is a joke and no one in their rite mind should work with them. I guess I'm out of my mind but I had no other choice. Keep on truckin fellas
