There are many threads on this site having to do with most of the companies you listed. Use the search feature and you should find some answers.
As to Werner, I worked for them for 1 year and 9 months and thought they were ok. If you ever were dispatched to Laredo, be prepared to sit for at least 3-4 days. They do not have a lot of freight leaving Laredo. Also, be prepared to run as a team. The first week you will only be able to drive between the hours of 6am and midnight. Hopefully your trainer will give you good info regarding qualcom, shifting, logbooks(you will be required to to a paper log during your time on the truck, you will also do the elog as well, but they want to make sure that you are able to do the paper logs correctly). -
The best thing you could do is stay away from the TL industry altogether.

hmm,ya,that about sums it up...the truckload otr thing...lets put it this way.
if you can be keep a positive mindset while working 28 days a month without being home in that time frame, making on average minimum wage while under drachonian rules as far as idle percentage and under strict rules per the dot and company...
this is your dream job, you can do it!
in all reality there isnt too much of a difference in the companies listed, they use the same business model.
i would use other info like for instance the one w/ the best safestat score, but i bet there isnt much difference between most of those...but that may help you make your choice.
another criteria i would check on is who is based closest to where you live...and if they have dedicated accounts in your area? -
I would find a company that is a lot smaller than the ones you have listed. On a side note I worked for Roehl, and would say if you run out of the Gary, Indiana terminal, you will regret every minute of it!

Attitude is everything in this field. Of the companies listed Roehl is probably your best bet.
