Try the Celltronics headsets. My hubby has one of those, and he can walk past idling rigs and I don't hear them! Those are about $60 or $70 at Pilot.

I have the regular Blue Parrot B250XT. It has great sound quality, fits snugly, which is important inside the wind tunnel I sit in for work, generally known as a Columbia.

I don't like headsets that just fit over you ear, don't find them comfortable, same with those little things in your ear, they make me nauseous.

As long as I am in the super noisy truck I prefer the way the regular one fits, since it (the over the head thing) keeps it snug against your ear.

There is nothing like the blue parrot. Hubby says it does everything you want a head set to do. The only bad thing is that if your hubby is cheating and you have a blue parrot you'll never know someone is in the truck.. LOL.. this is a joke.. :)

I had a Blue Parrot 150, used it for 3 years till it died, then upgraded to the Blue Parrot 250. I've had the 250 for a couple years now. It's one of the best pieces of electronic equipment I've ever had in the truck. When the current one dies, I'll buy another just like it :)

after several of the in the ear type, which I could never hear very well with, I got a 250XT and it is the best Bluetooth device I have ever had. Plenty of volume to hear, and folks on the other end can hear me clearly, even if I have the window down!

i looked at and tried both the blue parrot and the blue eagle 5 years ago and i got the blue eagle II, for me it just felt better made when i held it

the only reason i don't still have it is I BROKE IT when moving into a new truck, got a new one 3 years ago and it still works great, two years ago we got another one so one is always on the charger,

btw you can charge it with the wall charger, cigarette light charger or off you laptop usb, 16+ hr's of talk time is great and i have been talking to someone and stopped to get fuel then went inside then back out to the truck and the person i was talking to never knew i stopped.
