Over the course of the past year ffe has instituted ltl training operations at each of its terminals. The problem is that because of the change they have a shortage of trainers. So new protocol is that they go out with an experienced driver to gain experience that counts toward training. It is also paid. I'm a regional driver out of the burlington terminal.
