Do you really enjoy making companies/people rich? Pre-paid legal is simply insurance.

i highly recommend it for OTR drivers and not to rely on anything their company supplies them with, not that i know of that in Canada.
and it's not insurance per-say. and they'll cover anything from wills to mortgages to tickets, fines or, not that any of you would ever need but accidents to.

Pre-paid legal is as useless as extended warranties on electronics. The money you pay, you could put into an account yourself, and use it if you ever needed to. However, if you refrain from doing things like "run over a school bus or bounce a mexican 4 wheeler off your fender", you shouldn't need ANY type of legal assistance.

"refrain" ? is that something you do every mile or just once a day?:biggrin_2559:
it's not just about the money you pay.
When I was a short track man these things did not seem as important to me either as they do nowadays.
