Every rule applies equally to any CMV. You are only compared to carriers of equal size when the SMS is calculated.Injun Thanks this. -

Your diluting the argument. My argument is.......only ones that can abide by CSA rules are big companies. i will not go into details about how a small company cannot abide. Lets put it this way shall we.......Volume, volume, Volume!
