Every rule applies equally to any CMV. You are only compared to carriers of equal size when the SMS is calculated.

Your diluting the argument. My argument is.......only ones that can abide by CSA rules are big companies. i will not go into details about how a small company cannot abide. Lets put it this way shall we.......Volume, volume, Volume!
