I have a FL Classic; I took out the cabinet behind the driver's seat and put a 2.7 cu. ft. dorm fridge ($90-ish at Wallyworld) and mounted a microwave on top. For both the fridge and the microwave I used the fattest metal screws I could find and some slotted angle. I just screwed a couple of pieces of angle to the floor and screwed into the side of the fridge. Then I did the same thing on top of the fridge for the microwave. If I ever had a rollover it might crush the cab, but that fridge and micro would still be standing.

As for the bike, I never did get around to taking mine with me (I had other exercise equipment though), but I was going to mount it inside against the driver's side on the bottom bunk (I took out the bottom mattress and turned the bunk into a desk/workout area... I slept on the top). The bike would easily fit through the sleeper door. -
Dang...now there's some motivation

A mountain unicycle would fit so much better!

The fridge came standard with the truck. I know it doesn't help you, but I wanted to gloat. There's an open cabinet above the fridge. That's where the microwave is. I didn't bring my mountain bike with me, though. Get you some 1" ratchet straps, and you should be able to secure it behind the sleeper.

or if you bring your wife/girlfriend with you you can get one of these...still takes up less room.

Fridge in your kitchen at home.
Mountain bike in garage at home.
Microwave in kitchen at home.
You don't have time for all that B.S.
You gotta roll that freight.
10 hour breaks are for REST, not playing around.
Just ask your company.

I saw one guy that had the frame to the bike strapped in on the headache rack. The wheels were off as well as the seat so I'm guessing he had those in the truck somewhere.
