Buying a new truck with cash in hand will always provide the best discount. The next would be financing a truck directly from the dealer.

For the drivers that do not have the cash resources to get either scenario completed they will either have to buy an older used truck or accept a "lease deal" through a carrier.

Lets not get into a pissing contest about "my truck is better/cheaper" than yours.

While I do not advocate any lease purchase plan I am glad Big Kid has taken the time to share his figures with the readers of this forum. From the sound of it and reading his posts he has a good deal of inside knowledge reagrding lease plans at JCT, Risinger, and now ACT.

Yes it is a Cummins 455 ISX with a 13 speed. It was either that or I leased a 2007 T600 with 430,000 miles on it for 21 months but they had Cat motors and I did not want a Cat.
