I wish I had something but I've got nothing....but I'm thinking!
-
Well, technically, the littliest you could pay a driver would be in pennies
-
That would depend on:
1) how little I wanted him to work,
2) how little I respected him,
3) how little I wanted him to take care of my truck,
4) how little I planned on investing in driver retention,
5) how little I wanted him to do a good job and (last but not least)
6) how little time I had to invest in day to day operation of my truck.
These are all things I would consider but with more information I'm certain you could get a more intelligent answer than mine. -
would not asking " how much would you pay a driver running regional" be a better way of putting it.
your statement of saying "how little", makes me think you shouldnt have an employee. seems as if your mindset is to take him to the cleeaners before he is even hired. -
Well Big John64 beat me too the answer.
-
pay and intelligence go hand in hand--the less you payin money--the less intelligent of a driver you end up with
outerspacehillbilly and 123456 Thank this. -
Pay him the same rate every other driver gets, which is next to nothing.
