    I am going to Chicago june 8th. i am a newbie and from I was reading I will expect to go home after orientation until I get a call from a trainer? Just want to know if i should pack for 3 days or a month. Talked with recruiter about running Dollar Tree out of Joliet,Ill or Home Depot to northern Illinois. Any thoughts or suggestions? I am currently employed and got time off for orientation so can go back to work for a short time if necessary

    You should pack for a month. You may get a trainer at orientation, you just never know, but be prepaired. good luck

    Oh for goodness sake, never pack for a month. Pack for a week and wash your clothes. Your trainer will hate you if you show up ready for a month. One duffel bag.
