    Orientation is 3 1/2 days IIRC. And you'll get your first pay the second week, just like anywhere.

    its 7 days for newbies(or drivers that went local too long :biggrin_25513:,like me) and 400 for that wk and 400 a wk after that with a trainer, once the trainer leaves it goes to the per Diem which is 2 cpm lower for the first 3 mo's , after that you can opt out or keep it.
