Seems to me anyway, that there are a few better training companies than Werner. But what do I know, being a supertrucker has it's disadvantages too. Fighting crime worldwide, being an expert on every aspect of the industry, polishing all those awards I continually get, the constant notariety, the fans, having done it all, not twice, but three times, it gets old.........

 

How slow are these trucks and vans that it takes you 4-5 hours to drive from Dallas to Denton?

 

depends if he is running during rush "4" hours. If it's anytime after 1530 hrs till around 1900 hrs. It can take that long,

 

Wut I've learned from Werner, is that they dont care about u, they can care less if they give u ur hometime, as soon as I get approved somewhere else im done with this company

 

Yep....you described the Dallas terminal to a T....been there done that 2 times. It was a bit better 9 years ago when I first started with them...2nd time.....blah.....

Very trashy place and their trashy employees treat their drivers like trash. And their trucks....

 

I always thought it was a rumor that the Werner terminal in Dallas had on site commercial workers. We would often joke that they at least had something besides the pool table we had at Stevens to keep themselves entertained lol crabs.
