No sir...never have held a CDL.

You have 3 DUI's! Good luck in finding a job driving anything. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but not many will take the chance with that kind of record. You should have learned the first time. This also doesn't say much for the school you enrolled in either. But they are all about the $$$

383.51 could have been published in 1776...........no difference.
immaterial.........
I think alot of folks would be amazed at the COMPLETE history of many drivers out there.Rerun8963 Thanks this. -
Fact is most outfits I know of wont hire a person with two DUI's ever.

Get off your high horse. Most people reading this have driven a car after drinking...they just didnt get busted. As for getting killed, faking your hours on a logbook can kill people too, and how many have done that too?picaso, Texas-Nana, Rerun8963 and 1 other person Thank this.

If you get the state to issue you a CDL then half of your battle is over. The easy half. You know it's going to be a hard road and you'll just have to keep looking.davetrucker Thanks this.

You may have good solid points but I'm no lawyer so I can't say for sure. But I do know that the oil companies and energy companies wish they could have argued that point when the government made them responsible parties for dumping hazardous waste in the waterways which they did under the law way back from the 1910's to the 1970's.

CDL regs went into effect about 1993... anything after that applies to private vehicles and cmv's regardless of what you were driving
