I have just started working for Linkamerica, and it really bothers me to see some of these post. I have been in trucking my whole life, I come from a line of truckdrivers I owned my own trucking company till this great economy made it so I couldn't pay my drivers and keep my trucks up the way I wanted to. But when I started work for Linkamerica I did see some of this with unhappy drivers and unkept equipment etc. But I never had one tell me he never got paid for his loads and if they do mess up on your pay they will give it to you that same day. This company has made alot of changes and I can say ALL FOR THE GOOD. I see drivers coming back that have left because they thought the grass was greener on the other side. I promise you I would not work for a company that miss treated a driver. My father and uncles would turn in their graves and my brothers would disown me. Truckdrivers are a part of my heart the same as those trucks. Many of you understand what I'm saying, I live and breath trucking. And I have chosen Linkamerica as my home and a great home it will be. And I pray it becomes a trucking company that is know for the care and compasion it gives to it's drivers and we take the transportion indurstry by storm. With great employees that are part of a family and not a number or replaceable. Keep the bugs off your glass and the bears off your a@#. Happy Trails, God Bless

If this company has become your saving grace then so be it, enjoy it and dont worry about what the thoughts of other drivers are because ultimately they dont sign your check. Good cheer comes from the happiness that is received and spread amongst others, as long as they keep you happy tell the world and best of luck.

Your giving praise to a company on the wrong section! This is the bad company section. Go praise some-where else!

aw, give him a break, after all he joined soley for the purpose of refuting ALL those bad posts about LinkAmerica. A company that he "JUST" started working for. Yeah, right.
