Hi

I have a 2003 freightliner century with a detroit. I have had it for less than 1 year and it is my first time owning a freightliner. The problem I am having is it is showing the following error :

NO CONNECTION- DATALINK

Then I get the ENGINE CHECK light and ENGINE PROTECT. Finally the engine cuts off and can't start again immediately. I have to wait for about 30 minutes before it starts. Please help me on what I should do, before this gets serious.

I bought the truck from USA and it is currently in Malawi, Africa.
