You really should not blame the cop for his actions. Cops are trained by a system to behave this way, just like how you can train a dog to be a guide for the blind, or you can train a dog to be a man eating guard dog.

It's the system, not the individuals. I know this is going against all you have been told by the system. The system wants you to focus on the individual and not itself, it prefers it that way. Takes the heat and pressure off the system and puts it on thousands of easily replaceable pawns, allowing the system to continue indefinitely.

Who controls the system? I'll leave that for you to answer for yourself.

I think thats overall reported crime rate regardless of the population. So per capita we are the top dogs.

Dude, I am a long-haired hippie. I get profiled as a drug user, even though I never even use prescription drugs let alone illegal drugs, hell I dont even drink alcohol. I've been accused and mocked outright by cops as being a drug addict more times than I can remember. I have a lot of experience with cops and their behavior during a contact. Now could all the cops just be prejudiced a-holes or could it be that they are simply trained to find the easiest target and do a job that they were hired to do?

Cops are not priests, they are employees and they have a job to do and that is what they get paid for. Getting roughed up might be a life changing experience for you, but for that cop, it was just a routine night at work, doing the job that they were trained to do following the rules set out to them by the system. There was nothing rogue about his behavior whatsoever.

 

Are you trying to find justification why other countries reported crime rate is lower. Just like in the U.S. other industrialized nations are just like us and have plenty of technology to report crimes. Point is we are #1, and most of those crimes are non minor ones at that.

 

No one is above the law....not even PEACE OFFICERS.
