I know that Greg bought them out in 2004, I have been working with them since way before that happened

That is just what they are telling you. Ooops, I better not say to much.

Well it's not that I don't trust you but I would rather not go into detail, I will say that Greg screwed a lot of people over including myself. Most of their trucks and trailers have been repoed. It is pretty sad that Greg came in there and ran a 30 year company into the ground in a matter 2 years. If you get back on they will have you running US Express's freight and staying out 10 to 14 days. I won't work for them anymore and I have been looking for the past 3 weeks trying to find a decent company now that will pay good and still get me home on the weekends. I'm leaning toward Smith Transport right now, haven't heard to many bad things about em'. What truck # were in if you don't mind my asking? It seems that I remember someone leaving for personal reasons a while back. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

    I couldn't PM you back since I only had 10 posts.:biggrin_25510:
I understand your not wanting to make a mistake. I remember you now, but I just can't picture your face. We were done pretty dirty, and I wouldn't ever work for the SOB again. Of course you can do what you want to, but I just have very harsh feelings toward Greg now since he burned me out of a whole lot of money. I don't want to work for someone like that. For what you would be doing with Calhoun it would probably be best just to go through US Express because you would be getting paid more. I just don't care for US or to work for that big of a company myself. Hey if you want to talk more just leave me your # and I will try to give you a call sometime today or this weekend. I don't want anyone making the mistake of getting on with wrong company, I personally was hoping that Calhoun would be it for me, but it looks like I gotta keep searching for now.
