Well, National Carriers will tell you that they are good to work for. I've heard good and bad about them. I suppose you know they do meat loads outbound from Liberal, Ks.

Listen in this industry u will here bad and good about all trucking companies, but its what u prefer in a company that u should look for. Do not judge a company by the recruiter. The recruiters are supposed to be nice and sell up the company. They dont care if u get a job, more buts on orientation day means more drivers can pass a drug test and more trucks rollin down the road.

Just left them, I worked there for 3 weeks. Longest 3 weeks of my life. I sit in Liberal for 30hrs waiting for my load,I sit at Del Monte for 14 hours. I read about them on here first. Of course I have to experience first hand for myself and I did. I know some of the drivers are saying they are running good. I guess it just depends on what some of us call good. Alot of paper work you have to keep up with, they are going to start running elogs on Jan 1st but for now you run paper and the bluetree. My experience was I was there just to pay their bills for them, after the truck payment, all the extras and fuel....my last check will be around $150.

Well the recruiter said elogs are implemented already. Is that true. I have about 10 companies that want me. Us express must have said some good things about me after laying me off. I will not give into a company hair follicle test, and no other trucker should either.

I'm going to orientation for them on monday, it looks like if u run their national over the road side then it does go thru Tennessee. But look at their website, it shows a map of where they run. (U know how that goes)

If you are going to work for National don't get suckered in on the Lease Purchase. Get on a company truck or be prepared to loose your wardrobe.
