2003 Century Fault Codes

Hi, I posted a thread earlier regarding a 2003 Century with a Data Link Connection problem. This time around after going through the forums I managed to get some fault codes of the dash. The codes are 46 (red meaning active fault) and the rest are 77, 56, 43 and 7 (amber).

Can anyone tell me what those codes are and how I can sort them out.
