Yep, I'm ready!

 

Side of I-80 50 miles west of SLC, on the last hill coming out of the salt flats. Started coming up it and had no turbo boost whatsoever, with my stack spewing black sooty smoke. Waiting on a tow now. Hopefully won't be down for too long, I can stay on this load as long as I'm fixed by Friday morning, and it is my load home for vacation.

 

That sucks.... Know what happend?

 

Not sure yet. Never got a check engine light or anything. Just lost power coming up the hill and no no turbo boost. In the tow truck now going to Freightliner in SLC.

 

Ouch! Kinda sounds like a turbo...

That's why I usually skip a break in Orlando when I deliver there... because you're 99% likely to go to Bradenton for a load.

Dropped waffles at US Cold Stg in Willington, IL after getting a restart over the 4th. (b team was totally wrong about being able to drop Sun afternoon)

It's ok, I was running out of hours, and I caught 3 movies around the corner from the TA in Bloomington, IL

In Cartersville, GA. Delivery tomorrow at Wrigley from ADM in Decatur.

Too bad for the NFL lockout... Wrigley plant is next door to the Falcons training camp in Flowery Branch, GA
